Making a Purchase

 

1. Selecting Items for Purchase

Once you have decided on an item to purchase, 'fetch' it by clicking on the 'Add to Doghouse' Button.
The item will be added to your personalized Doghouse (similar to a Shopping Cart for humans).

 

2. Editing and Confirming the Items in Your Doghouse

Click on 'Doghouse' in order to see which items you have stashed inside.
Here you can adjust the number of units of each item and get rid of any unwanted items as well.

Please click the 「削除(delete)」buttom to remove the item from your Dog House.

 

3. Entering Information for Making Your Purchase

Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter details such as Shipping Address and Payment Method.

 

4. Confirming Your Purchase

Place the Order after confirming the accuracy of the information which you have entered.

 

5. Order Completion

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.


Status Icons for each Item

 

NEW : Indicates a new product which we think you will love.

残りわずか :This icon means we are running out of stock on this item, so please hurry!

SOLD OUT :We ran out of stock.
          But please email us and we will let you know when we expect more.

オススメ :We think these items stand out and deserve your attention.

限定品 :There are only a limited number of these items produced.
          This icon is also used for limited time specials.

 

* For Sold Out items, please inquire since we are always updating our inventory

* We have certain items in stock which may not yet be posted on the site, and in many cases we can order items which are not currently in stock. Please use our online contact form, or feel free to email us with your inquiry at info@dog-rangers.com.

Payment Methods

 

◆Bank Transfer

Please transfer funds in the amount of the total of your order to the bank account below within 7 business days. As soon as we confirm receipt of your payment we will prepare the order and ship it out.

* Unless indicated otherwise, bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

* If payment is not received within 7 business days from receiving the order we will need to cancel the order. Please contact us if an extension is needed for some reason.

◆Cash on Delivery

Payment to the courier upon delivery.

* The fee for this service is ¥315 (including tax).

* COD is not available for certain areas such as some of the more remote islands. In such cases we will inform you by email; please choose bank transfer or our other payment methods instead.

 

◆PayPal

We accept credit cards using Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

* When paying with PayPal, please make absolutely sure to click the Yellow Bar which says 【Return to Rangers LLC】 which appears at the Pay Pal confirmation screen.
Otherwise, the order details will not be transmitted to Ranger's. Your order is confirmed finalized by an automated email which is sent from Ranger's.


Order Fulfillment: Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We will ship items in stock from 1-5 business days after your order completion.
  • We will email you about the expected timing of delivery for of out of stock items.
  • Depending on the inventory situation we may not always be able to combine shipments and so in some cases delivery times may vary.

Shipping Overseas

 

Ranger's has a commitment to serve our customers wherever they are in the world. When making an order from outside of Japan, there are two ways to place an order:


◆Use the normal checkout, and select Paypal/Overseas as the payment method. You will not be charged at this point as the order is not yet complete. We will respond to you with the amount for shipping based on the weight and shipping address.

◆Alternatively, you may email us with your order (items and your shipping address) at info@dog-rangers.com. We will reply to you with an invoice including the total amount with shipping.


Please note that some items cannot be shipped overseas due to customs restrictions. In the event that some or all items cannot be shipped we will let you know. Payment may be made using pay pal, bank transfer, and credit card.


Shipping Fees

 

For shipping within Japan, standard shipping is free when the order total is ¥3,150 (w/tax) or higher. For orders below ¥3,150, shipping charges are as follows:


Tokyo (Kanto), Tohoku, Shinetsu, Chubu, Hokuriku, Kansai: ¥630 (w/tax)

Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥840 (w/tax)

Okinawa, Hokkaido: ¥1,050 (w/tax)

For international packages we most often use EMS, Fedex, and DHL.

We have set our free shipping line very low, at ¥3,150, in order to take the burden of shipping fees away from our customers.


☆Customers can specify a delivery time from the following choices:

   9:00~12:00

 12:00~14:00

 14:00~16:00

 16:00~18:00

 18:00~20:00

 20:00~21:00

* For overseas orders, we will email you to convey shipping charges. (Please refer to the 'Shipping Overseas' section in this Shopping Guide for details.)


Simple and Stylish Gift Wrapping

 

Take advantage of the option to have your items delivered with an added burst of style.

For ¥315 (w/tax) your items will be prepared as a gift. Choose the 'Send as a Gift' option upon checkout for this worthwhile service.

When sending as a gift to a separate address the invoice will be sent by email to the gift buyer.


Returns and Exchanges

 

  • We give our utmost effort to package and ship carefully, however sometimes mistakes do occur. If our shop is responsible for the mistake we will accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us in advance of sending back items for returns and exchanges. We can only accept returns and exchanges within one week of delivery. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns and exchanges of items which are opened even if they are unused.
  • At our discretion, we will accept certain returns and exchanges of items based on customer tastes such as preferring a different color or size, etc. However, this can be done only if the items are unopened and in perfect condition; customers must bear the cost of shipping, and in some cases a 10% replacement fee will be charged. Please let us know in advance..

Policies regarding Items Returned due to a Customers Long-Term Absence and Refusal of Shipments

 

If packages are returned to us when customers are away for a long time or for some other reason, we must ask that customers bear the cost of resending.
Also, when shipments from your order arrive, please accept the delivery without refusing them to have them sent back to us. If there are items which you want to return, please contact us about them first.

Finally, please note that we cannot change the destination address of the orders after packages have already been shipped.


The Following is Prohibited

 

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, editing, distribution or exhibition of our contents.
  • In the following cases we reserve the right to cancel the membership or related transactions
    1. Late payments, unfulfilled orders due to long-term customer absence or other reasons
    2. Violating membership agreement

  • All prices shown include Japan consumption tax
  • In some cases, the color of a product shown in a picture may be different from the one on sale
